Solva's Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

These Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Referral Terms”) govern your participation in the Solva Referral Program (the “Program”), operated by Apeiron Raffles LTD (“Solva”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Referral Terms. If you do not agree, you must not participate.

1. Eligibility
• The Program is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
• We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time.

2. How the Referral Program Works
• To participate, you must complete the Solva survey at [Link: https://tally.so/r/w5ox4v], after which you will receive a unique referral link.
• You can share this referral link with friends, family, and your network.
• Each time someone completes the survey using your referral link, it counts as one verified referral.
• Only verified referrals made through your unique referral link during the campaign period will count toward your referral total.

3. Verified Referrals
• A referral is only considered “verified” when the referred person completes the full survey with a valid email address and is determined to be a unique participant (not a duplicate or bot).
• Self-referrals (using multiple accounts or email addresses belonging to the same person) are strictly prohibited and will be disqualified.
• Any suspected fraudulent activity may result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.

4. Referral Rewards
• The individual with the most verified referrals by the closing date will receive a £100 cash prize.
• Individuals who make 3 or more verified referrals will receive 1 automatic entries into Solva’s first prize draw. Those who make 5 or more verified referrals will receive 2 automatic entries, and those who make 10 referrals will receive 5 automatic entires into our first draw. subject to the prize draw taking place as planned. If the first prize draw does not take place, Solva reserves the right to withdraw or modify these referral rewards.
• Solva reserves the right to offer additional rewards or modify reward tiers at its sole discretion.
• All rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
• No alternative reward will be offered unless otherwise stated.

5. Limitations
• You may not use paid advertising, misleading claims, or spam to promote your referral link.
• Incentivising referrals (offering your own rewards in exchange for survey completions) is not permitted.
• Solva reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards if we suspect you have violated these terms.

• Solva may terminate your participation if we determine a breach of these terms has occurred.

10. Winner notification, Publicity & Announcement
• The winner will be notified by email (and by phone if a number was provided) within 3 working days of the Program closing date.
• Solva will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner using the details submitted during survey entry.
• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, or is found to be ineligible, Solva reserves the right to award the prize to the person with the next highest number of verified referrals.
• The winner’s first name and first initial of their surname may be announced on Solva’s website, email newsletter, and social media channels once the prize has been successfully claimed.
• By entering the Program, you agree that, if you win, your name and likeness may be used by Solva in reasonable marketing and promotional materials, including social media, emails, and website content.
11. Governing Law
• These Referral Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
